Common Name: Climbing Fig, Creeping Fig
Availabilty: Out of Stock ENQUIRE NOW
The delightful Climbing Fig is appropriately named as it is a robust climbing evergreen with an abundance of sweet small oval foliage. This popular Ficus variety is predominantly used as a groundcover, climber, or basket specimen as it self-clings to any surface (this cheeky plant can be quite a vigorous clinger!) It can also be used as an attractive creeping indoor plant, perfect to be put on shelves in higher positions. The low-maintenance Ficus Pumila can spread to a width of approximately 4-6m wide and up to 6m high, and can be regularly pruned to keep a neat shape. This gorgeous climber prefers full sun to part shade positions and can tolerate mild wind. An ideal little beauty for both indoor and outdoor spaces to add some gorgeous greenery!
Climbing variety. Full sun to part shade. Sensitive to frost, tolerant of wind. Most well drained soils.
You are buying beautiful, happy, sun-hardened (excepting indoor varieties) tubestock with root systems. Tubestock is the youngest plant you can buy, which keeps it affordable (so you can buy more plants *wink*). Please note our infographic included in every plant listing for an indication of sizing. Pictures are examples only, and your stock may be larger or smaller than what is shown.
