Evergreen to 1.5m.  Ideal for tubs or specimen plant. Well drained composted soil. Frost tolerant wind tender. Full sun or part shade.  Compact growth habit.  Prune after flowering to "dead head" and remove any straggly growth.  Azaleas are ideal if you want to add colour to your garden during the cooler months - generally prolific flowering and hardy once established.
