Brunfelsia latifolia is a stunning evergreen (or semi-deciduous in cooler climates) that bears attractive, fragrant purple/lilac flowers through warm months that mature into white flowers. Growing 1 - 1.5 metres, it is the larger version of the compacta and is ideal for low natural hedging, colour contrast, specimen planting, or shrub planting.The prolific flowering really is a showstopper.

Perfect for cottage gardens, or using as a shrub addition in a mixed garden bed, the plant has multi-coloured flowers that change as they mature on the bush, creating a gorgeous spectacle. We recommend yearly growth trimming to maintain a compact growth habit.

Frost tender; keep in a sheltered position. Most moist, well drained soils; mulch in warmer months. Full sun, adapts to part shade.
