USES

• Take orally with/after/before food to promote a feeling of satisfaction after eating.
• Add 1-2 drops to water or food for flavouring.
• Rub on the stomach before flying or taking a road trip for a calming aroma.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
• Food flavour use: Add 1 or 2 drops to food.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
