The Dipladenia Red Riding Hood is a spectacular evergreen climber that is known for its beautiful vibrant green foliage and masses of light red flowers that bloom throughout the warmer months. This beauty, although quite versatile, is best used as a trellis climber, groundcover, in hanging baskets or tub planting. The Red Riding Hood grows up to 2 metres tall and approximately 1 metre wide, and is happiest in a full sun to partly shaded position in the garden. This sweet lady prefers a warmer climate and is highly sensitive to frost. If you are looking for a gorgeous climbing and flowering variety, the Red Riding Hood is a perfect option!
Evergreen. Rambling climber. Masses of pink flowers through warm months. Frost sensitive. Most soils. Full sun or part shade.
You are buying beautiful, happy, sun-hardened (excepting indoor varieties) tubestock with root systems. Tubestock is the youngest plant you can buy, which keeps it affordable (so you can buy more plants *wink*). Please note our infographic included in every plant listing for an indication of sizing. Pictures are examples only, and your stock may be larger or smaller than what is shown.
