The Helichrysum italicum, or as it is more commonly known Curry Plant, is a popular evergreen that is known for it’s spectacular fine silver foliage and prominent fragrance. Throughout the warmer months, this stunning variety produces clusters of attractive yellow flowers that can be dried and even retain their gorgeous colour! 

This hardy shrub grows to approximately 600mm high and is ideal to use for boarders, low hedging, and rockeries due to it’s tolerance of full sun positions, and low water needs. Adding to it’s robust features, the Curry plant can withstand frost, drought, salt spray and wind- talk about tough!
